This is a great hidden gem in Ocean City. Friendly staff, cheap prices, great food. You will pay double at the more popular restaurants for the same food. So glad we found The Anchor.

We love the Anchor! Good food at prices that are much lower than the big name OC places. Great service as well. This is a nice off-the-beaten-path place that is worth a try!

This is one of our favorite restaurants in OC. This little known, off-the-beaten-path has great food at great prices. We had crab cakes at 4 higher priced restaurants in OC and the Anchor has the best ones. Their crab quesadillas are awesome. The staff is friendly, and you won't have to wait to sit down and eat. I have not had a bad meal here, and their prices are about half what you will pay elsewhere.

My friend and I visited the Anchor Restaurant on June 20th, and while the service was good, the quality of food we recived and its preparation was poor, it took well over 20 minutes to get our food which consisted of a Chicken Salad Wrap and a Caesar Salad. I had the salad and it was Iceberg lettuce and nothing more, swimming in Caesar dressing, I could bearly eat it, my friend's wrap was dry and unappealing. And if appearance and presentation are everything in the food industry, the Anchor Restaurant gets a big thumb's down for failing to please.
